The proposed driveway improvements to correct drainage issues including the installation of a rain garden & replacement of a culvert under the existing driveway. Work will occur crossing a Stream, in a Bordering Vegetated Wetland & within 100’ of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland & the Edge of a Pond.

The proposed restoration of an existing pathway including the relocation & replacement of existing vegetation in conjunction with a sailing program, construction of an ADA access ramp to a Seasonal Dock, & improving the existing grassed pathway for ADA compliance. Work will occur within 100’ of a Coastal Beach, Coastal Bank, Salt Marsh, Cranberry Bog, & in Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage & the Pleasant Bay A.C.E.C.
